About Our Business
Located in beautiful Rogers, Arkansas, we enjoy the natural splendor of
forests, lakes, streams and hills of the Ozarks along with one of the
fastest growing economies in the country.

NW Arkansas Sheet Metal was founded in 1950 by Carl Woods. George
Blue started working for the company in 1970, became a partner in 1974,
and then purchased the company from Mr. Woods in 1979. Mr. Blue still
remains active in the business today, however, in 2005 he passed the
torch to Larry Garner and Richard VerMeulen as the new Co-Owners.

Since then we have undergone several expansions in both building size
and equipment purchases. We now have over 40,000 Sq. Ft. of building
being used for offices, manufacturing and storage. We are fully insured,
bondable and licensed. We are strictly a commercial and industrial
contractor. A partial list of our customers includes Wal-Mart, Sam's Club,
First Brands, Emerson Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Gates Rubber and
Tyson Foods.

Some of the major construction projects we have been involved with
include the Bud Walton Basketball Arena at the University of Arkansas,
the six story Northwest Medical Center Patient Tower, the seven story NW
Medical Center Professional Office Building, the Washington Regional
Medical Center, the nine story Bentonville Plaza, the new 6 story Mercy
Health Systems Replacement Hospital and thousands more of all sizes
and scope.

We presently have three divisions: HVAC/Sheetmetal, Welding and
Architectural Sheet metal. We have one of the best equipped commercial
sheet metal shops in our area. We are equipped with two plasma tables,
spiral pipe machine, ovalizer, complete Engel insulmatic 5' wide coil line
with TDF connections, gore locker machine for round elbows, 12' /.250"
capacity shear, two 12' press brakes with CNC back gauges, and other
items too numerous to list.

Our Architectural Division currently has two onsite rollforming machines
for fabrication and installation of standing seam roofs. Our shop features
a 10' RAS Turbo-Bender and Shear to fabricate most of your roofing
needs and accessories.

The Welding Division is fully equipped for MIG and TIG and performs a
large variety of commercial and industrial fabrication both onsite and
shop built. We work with ferrous metals, stainless steel and aluminum.

Our CAD Dept. is proficient in Auto CAD and Intellicad, an HVAC based
drafing program. They generate coordinated shop drawings for all of our
departments.
